CLEANING

Our daily processes address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures. 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

We are trialing a self check-in and check-out process. Your room key will be in an envelope at reception from 2pm-6pm and in the safe from 6pm onwards. On departure simply leave your key in the black box near reception
